Studio Policies
Late Arrival Policy
Please be prompt and arrive on time for your class. Latecomers disrupt everyone. BDS does not allow students to join the class more than 15 minutes after the start time. Because of our new waitlist policy, you run the risk of losing your spot in class if you are more than 5 minutes late. There are no refunds for being late and losing your spot.
Cancellation Policy
Customers have 24 hours prior to class to cancel their registration though Vagaro and receive a full monetary refund. Customers have 12 hours prior to class starting to cancel and earn either class credit, or reschedule their class for a future date. In order to do this, you must email us at info@bostondance.org.
*This does not apply to those with memberships, or if BDS has to cancel a class for whatever reason*
Waitlist Policy
If you are trying to register for a class on Vagaro and it is full, add yourself to the waitlist through Vagaro. That way, you will be notified if someone decides to cancel, and a spot opens up. Whether you are on the waitlist or decide to drop in right before class, we suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the class starts. We will begin letting people into class from the waitlist 5 minutes after the class has started, in the order of who arrives first.
Rentals Policy
Customers have 48 hours prior to their rental to email us, at info@bostondance.org, the signed Rental Agreement and pay your rental invoice. Your rental will not be confirmed until we receive both items. Rescheduling rentals will be at BDS discretion. This is based on what days/times we have available. You must have a card attached to your Vagaro account prior to your rental starting. There will be a penalty fee if you have to cancel your rental less than 24 hours in advance.
*This applies to BDS Faculty and Guest Faculty as well*
